I, the personal data subject, freely and in my own interest consent to [Owner full name] (TIN [TIN]) processing my personal data on the terms of the personal data processing policy (version 2026-09-27).

Actions and data

This consent covers the following actions with account personal data: collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, updating, use, transfer to the Yandex ID authorization provider as part of sign-in, de-identification, blocking, and deletion.

• first and last name;
• display name;
• avatar;
• subscription data and server-side personalization (collections, cleaned plans, shopping);
• IP address;
• User-Agent.

Source health values and the reasons for exclusions stay on the device and are not part of this consent as server-side processing. A calculated calorie range, selection rules, and the list of excluded foods may be processed by the server transiently while a plan is generated, without being stored.

Term and withdrawal

The consent lasts until the purposes of processing are achieved or until it is withdrawn. Withdraw it by writing to hello.usuba@yandex.ru. Withdrawing consent and deleting the account do not automatically delete local data in the browser on the user’s device.
