Roasted Beef with Rosemary and Onion Sauce
Tender meat baked with aromatic herbs and butter, served with a golden onion sauce. The dish pairs well with seasonal vegetables. The key is not to dry out the beef: watch for it to turn golden brown and remove it from the oven immediately. If you don't have an oven, you can cook it covered in a skillet.
