Step 1
Butter a small heat-resistant dish of appropriate size.
Place the sausages around the edges of the dish.
Carefully pour the eggs between the sausages, trying not to damage the yolks.
Sprinkle the eggs with paprika.

Place the dish in a preheated 200 °C oven for 5–10 minutes until cooked through.
