Step 1
Wash the bell pepper and green onions, dry them. Remove the stem, seeds, and membranes from the pepper. Cut into long strips.
Peel the garlic and ginger root, no need to cut them. Place the bell pepper, green onions, garlic, and ginger in a blender. Blend until smooth.
Add salt, ground chili pepper and soy sauce to the marinade. Stir with a spatula. Taste and adjust the spiciness and saltiness to your liking.

Step 2
Rinse the turkey fillet, trim the sinews and cut into pieces of 4–5 cm in size. Lightly salt.
Place the meat and marinade in a cooking bag or roasting sleeve. Massage the fillet with your hands so that each piece is soaked with the mixture. Tie it tightly, removing all the air.
Refrigerate for 3 hours.

Step 3
Heat the grill pan thoroughly. Thread the marinated meat onto wooden skewers.
Place the skewers on a hot skillet. Turn them periodically so the meat cooks evenly on all sides and remains raw inside.
When a golden crust appears, remove a piece from the skewer and taste it. If the meat is cooked, remove from the pan and serve hot.
