Step 1
In a deep bowl, whisk the eggs, sugar, and a pinch of salt with a whisk or mixer. Beat the mixture until light and fluffy, increasing in volume.
- 2
Step 2
Melt the butter in a microwave or bain-marie. Cool to room temperature.
- 3
Step 3
Pour the oil into the dough and mix. Add the milk and continue beating.
- 4
Step 4
While constantly stirring the dough, sift the flour together with the baking powder into it. This will improve the structure of the dough and eliminate lumps.
- 5
Step 5
The finished dough should have the consistency of thick sour cream.
- 6
Step 6
Spray the pan with oil and heat over medium heat.
- 7
Step 7
Pour the batter into a bottle with a narrow spout or a pastry bag. Pipe the batter onto the pan, creating heart-shaped patterns. If the batter spreads too quickly, reduce the heat.
- 8
Step 8
When the pancake sets and the edges turn golden brown, flip it with a wide spatula.
- 9
Step 9
Continue frying pancakes, creating openwork hearts. Some of the pancakes can be made without patterns, just whole.
- 10
Step 10
Place the finished pancakes on a plate and decorate to your taste.
