Preheat the oven to 175 °C.

Chop the onion finely. Press the garlic or chop it thinly.

Fry the ground beef with onions and garlic in butter until browned. Drain excess fat and salt to taste.

Boil the noodles in salted water until cooked, then drain in a colander.

Mix melted butter, sour cream, and grated Parmesan in a separate bowl.

Combine the noodles with ground beef, pour the sour cream mixture over it and mix well.
