Oatmeal Pancakes on Choux Pastry
Tender oatmeal pancakes made from choux pastry without baking powder or yeast. The batter is prepared from hot milk with water and eggs, which gives the dish a characteristic choux aroma and soft texture. Perfect served with sour cream, walnuts, or any other toppings to taste.
