Lasagna with Three Cheeses
Layered lasagna with ground meat, tomato sauce, and a combination of ricotta cheese, mozzarella, and parmesan. It's best to use a mixture of ground meat: pork and beef in a 50/50 or 30/70 ratio. The number of sheets and layers depends on the size of your baking dish.
