Turkey Skewers with Citrus Marinade
Tender turkey meat is marinated in orange and grapefruit juice with garlic, coriander, and honey. Citric acids tenderize the fibers, while honey creates a caramel glaze that keeps the juice inside each piece. Skewers are served with grilled vegetables.
