Soda Bread with Herbs and Chili Pepper
Yeast-free bread made with kefir, whole grain and rye flour. Fresh parsley and dill add a green color, while chili provides a spicy kick. The crispy crust and tender crumb are achieved thanks to a water bath in the oven.
