Meat Cutlets with Onions and Cream
Juicy cutlets made from ground meat with a tender texture. The secret to their airiness is fresh bread instead of breadcrumbs and cream in the mixture. They are pan-fried until golden brown, then finished in the oven. Served with mashed potatoes.
