Baked Apple Pie with Meringue
A light dessert based on apple puree and whipped egg whites. The cake turns out airy and tender with a crispy crust. Serve immediately after cooking while it hasn't settled. Cold milk or cream can be served with it. Instead of fresh apples, you can use ready-made apple puree or sauce.
