Calzone with Ham and Mozzarella

A closed pizza in a hemispherical shape filled with ham, mozzarella, and tomato sauce. The dough can be rolled out by hand or with a rolling pin — the thinner it is, the crispier it will be. The recipe makes 16–17 pieces.
