Basil and Cheese Bread with Kefir
Quick yeast-free bread made with kefir, fragrant basil, and melted cheese. The dough is prepared without yeast, so the entire process takes about an hour. Basil and cheese are just one option: you can add any herbs, nuts, vegetable or fruit pieces. The bread turns out soft inside with a crispy crust.
