Juicy Pork and Beef Cutlets with Basil
Meat cutlets with aromatic basil, garlic and cheese. The dish turns out juicy and tender thanks to the combination of two types of meat and lard. Cutlets are convenient to prepare in advance — raw blanks store well in the freezer and fry without prior thawing.
