Step 1
Wash the pork neck and let the water drain. Cut the meat into pieces of a size convenient for skewering on skewers. Lay out on the table, salt and leave for 20 minutes. Rub with shashlik spices.
- 2
Step 2
Peel the onion, wash it and slice into rings.
- 3
Step 3
In a pot, layer the meat and onion, alternating them.
- 4
Step 4
Dissolve the honey in vodka and pour the marinade over the meat with onions. Place under a weight and refrigerate for at least 3 hours.
- 5
Step 5
Remove the meat, mix it with onion, add vegetable oil and mix again. Thread tightly onto skewers and cook on the grill until done.
- 6
Step 6
Wash the vegetables and peel the carrots. Cut large tomatoes in half, slice the peppers into rings, and cut the zucchini into thick rings. Salt, sprinkle with spices and khmeli-suneli. Let stand for 15–20 minutes.

Step 7
Thread the vegetables onto skewers in a mix. If you start grilling them simultaneously with the meat, the vegetables will turn out slightly firm. If you place them on the coals 10–15 minutes before the meat, they will be softer and more tender.
