Spiced Beef Pilaf
An Eastern dish with tender meat, fragrant rice, and vegetables. Beef is stewed with onions and carrots, then rice with spices is added — turmeric, cumin, and barberry. Pilaf is cooked without stirring, which allows the rice to absorb all the aromas and remain fluffy.
