Spiced Cranberry Muffins
Fragrant muffins with dried cranberries, cinnamon, ginger, and nutmeg. Dried cranberries don't add excess moisture but give the finished product juiciness. Cognac can be replaced with yogurt or orange juice. To enhance the aroma, add orange zest. Finished cooled muffins are decorated with powdered sugar and cranberries.
