Cottage Cheese Casseroles with Fruits and Berries
Delicate mini casseroles made from cottage cheese with the addition of fruits, berries, and vegetables. During baking, the mixture rises above the edges of the mold, but then settles back to its original size. Each portion is prepared with its own filling — choose from raisins, cocoa, carrots, apples, bananas, or mandarins.
