Instructions

  1. 1

    Step 1

Mix the flour with salt and spread it on the table, leaving a well in the center. Dissolve the yeast in 120 ml of warm water, mix well and pour it into the well.

Gradually knead the dough until it becomes soft and elastic. Roll it into a ball and make a cross-shaped cut on top.

Place the dough in a bowl, cover with plastic wrap and let it rise for 3 hours until it doubles in size.

  2. 2

    Step 2

Fillet the anchovies, rinse with cold water and soak for 10 minutes. Pat dry and cut the fillets in half lengthwise.

Place the mussels in a pan without oil and fry over high heat for 5 minutes until the shells open. Discard any mussels that remain closed.

  3. 3

    Step 3

Preheat the oven to 220 degrees. Pour boiling water over the tomatoes, remove the skin and chop finely.

Roll out the dough in a circular shape with a thickness of 5 mm so that the edges are thicker than the center. Arrange the tomatoes and make a cross-shaped cut with a knife, dividing the pizza into 4 parts.

  4. 4

    Step 4

Arrange anchovies and olives on the first part, mussels on the second, mozzarella and ham on the third, and artichokes and black olives on the fourth.

Drizzle with olive oil, season with salt and pepper. Place in the oven for 15–20 minutes until cooked through.
