Instructions

  1. 1

    Step 1

Mix 1 tablespoon of ground paprika, ground red pepper, 1 teaspoon of salt and sugar. Pour in 1 tablespoon of water, add crushed garlic and stir.

  2. 2

    Step 2

Mix rice flour with a glass of cold boiled water and 1 teaspoon of salt until lumps form.

Place the mixture in a steamer and cook for 20 minutes.

When the rice steams and cools slightly, add sesame oil and knead thoroughly like dough.

Roll out the prepared dough into thin sausages and cut into sticks. Use 300 grams of sticks for this dish, the rest can be frozen.

  3. 3

    Step 3

Dice the onion, cut the carrot into strips. Heat oil in a skillet and fry the onion and carrot for 2–3 minutes.

  4. 4

    Step 4

Add boiled sausages cut into sticks, tomato juice, rice sticks to the vegetables and pour a glass of water so that the liquid slightly covers all the ingredients.

  5. 5

    Step 5

Add the dressing on the tip of a knife. Don't add it all at once — the dish will become too spicy. Taste and add gradually.

  6. 6

    Step 6

Add honey and the remaining 1 tablespoon of paprika, stir. Cook over high heat for 10–15 minutes until the liquid is reduced by half.

  7. 7

    Step 7

Sprinkle the finished dish with chopped green onions.
