Kurnik with Lavash and Mozzarella
A quick version of Russian kurnik with layers of chicken fillet, tomatoes, and cheese. Instead of traditional pancakes, thin lavash is used, which significantly simplifies the preparation. The dish is baked with a kefir filling and melted mozzarella, resulting in a juicy and aromatic meal.
