Add warm milk, sunflower oil, salt, sugar, sifted flour, and yeast to the bread maker pan.
Run the "dough" program (approximately 1 hour 15 minutes). During mixing, make sure a smooth ball forms that does not stick to the walls of the bowl.

Step 2
Rinse the mushrooms, and peel them if desired. Slice them into strips together with the stems.
- 3
Step 3
Slice the tomatoes into half rings.
- 4
Step 4
Slice the sausage into rings, half-rings, or cubes according to your preference.
- 5
Step 5
Grate the hard cheese on a coarse or medium grater.
- 6
Step 6
Mix the tomato paste with half of the mayonnaise. Save the remaining mayonnaise for the final layer.

Step 7
Remove the risen dough from the pan and knead it on a floured board.
- 8
Step 8
Roll out the dough into a sheet and place it on a baking tray lined with parchment paper. Choose the thickness to your liking: a thin sheet will give you a crispy base, while a thicker one will result in fluffy dough.

Step 9
Spread the dough with the prepared sauce made from tomato paste and mayonnaise. Arrange the sliced mushrooms.
- 10
Step 10
Add sliced tomatoes and salt lightly.
- 11
Step 11
