Instructions

  1. 1

    Step 1

Place the ground beef in a pan with olive oil. Fry until golden brown, then season with paprika and fennel seeds. Reduce the heat and stir occasionally to prevent the meat from overcooking.

  2. 2

    Step 2

Fry the sliced garlic in olive oil for about 2 minutes. Cut the green onions into cubes of approximately 1.5 cm, add to the garlic and fry for another 3 minutes until soft. Sprinkle with cumin seeds.

  3. 3

    Step 3

Add black beans together with the juice from the can. Bring to a boil, salt and pepper to taste. Reduce heat and simmer until the beans reach a creamy consistency.

  4. 4

    Step 4

Thinly shred the romaine lettuce and parsley. Dice the tomatoes and avocado, finely chop the chili pepper. Grate the apple or cut it into thin strips. Place everything in a deep plate, dress with lime juice and soy sauce.

  5. 5

    Step 5

Place the tortillas in the holder. Fill each taco in layers: first spread the bean puree with green onions, then add the ground beef, and top with vegetable salad. Drizzle with fat-free yogurt and add sweet chili sauce to taste.
